On this page you will be able to find solicitations issued by the Embassy of the United States of America in Georgetown for the acquisition of commodities and/or services.
It is now compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government to register on a website called “SAM – System for Award Management” (www.sam.gov). The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM, a DUNS number and a NCAGE code are required. If you do not have this information, it will have to be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the numbers, nor registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder. Note: Offerors shall keep in mind that registrations between the systems must match. Please be mindful to use the same spacing, punctuations, and abbreviations.

Request for Quotations (RFQ) for generator installation
The United States Embassy invites Request for Quotation for Generator Installation.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a proposal that, in the Government’s estimation, provides the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirement.

HOUSING
The U.S. Embassy in Georgetown on occasion has a need to rent safe, secure, and well maintained residential properties (houses and apartments) from responsible landlords. The properties must be in good condition and the landlord must be willing to bring their property up to U.S. Government safety, security, and maintenance standards and agree to maintain the property. The owner must also be willing to sign a long-term lease (up to nine years) with competitive rates. If you have a property that may meet these guidelines and are interested in renting your property, please send us a description of the property with photos and the floor plans with your offer and provide us with your contact information at .GSO_Georgetown@state.gov
